Existing ArcGIS Desktop experts need not learn new cartographic tools to make maps with the OpenGeo Suite, just install the GeoCat Bridge plugin and publish directly from ArcGIS Desktop to the OpenGeo Suite. Convert ArcGIS cartography to the open SLD standard (including GeoServer specific extensions) and upload the style and data directly to the OpenGeo Suite.
