Our various support options and are tailored to specific usage patterns.
Basic
A complete, supported web mapping platform available for small configurations of up to four CPUs. The Basic level is designed for organizations that are publishing data from basic geospatial formats such as Shapefiles, and that are largely self-sufficient with minimal support requirements, generally serving a limited number of users or geographic area. Basic includes the most-recently available, enhanced, tested, integrated, documented, and supported versions.
Professional
A complete, supported web mapping platform available for mid-size configurations of up to eight CPUs. The Professional level is designed for organizations supporting a number of users on geospatial applications that connect to existing geodatabases, including Oracle, ArcSDE, SQL Server, and PostGIS. Professional contains all of the functionality and support of the Basic level, plus handles greater production-level support requirements and configurations.
Platform
A complete, supported web mapping platform for larger configurations of up to thirty-two CPUs. The Platform level is designed for organizations providing core geospatial web services to a variety of applications and users. Their requirements often include complex enterprise configurations, production-level security, and clustering support requirements. Platform contains all of the functionality and support of the Professional level, plus our highest level of support to run services that must scale seamlessly and reliably across mission-critical applications.
Strategic
A complete, supported web mapping platform on configurations of up to sixty-four CPUs. The Strategic level is designed for organizations that require control over the future of their geospatial infrastructure. Strategic clients partner with OpenGeo, ensuring our open source software meets their unique needs. Strategic contains all of the functionality and support of the Platform level, plus additional support and directed core developer hours that provide insight into and influence over the roadmap of the OpenGeo Suite.
Cloud
OpenGeo Suite Cloud Edition is optimized for cloud infrastructure, with special features preconfigured for scalability, and performance enhancements already installed. Available with a monthly pricing option, there are no up-front fees or long-term contracts. The Cloud Edition provides everything required for deployment of the OpenGeo Suite including software, technical support, unlimited bug fixes, and IT infrastructure—a cloud server instance, data storage, and bandwidth.
