MapSherpa is a website.eveloped by DM Solutions Group MapSherpa is built on OpenSource technologies, including MapServer, Openlayers and PostGIS, and provides users with a tool to create custom topographic maps of areas in Canada and the United States at any scale. The map data is based on the DM Solutions Group premium data products. The MapSherpa cloud based service is targeted at the outdoor recreation market. Users can customize their maps by adding trail information and features, they can manage and share the maps they create as well as purchase high quality output map products in a variety of sizes.
